Catering industry – systems rewrite
This aviation catering business systems were creaking badly and needed our help to rewrite and remodel processes.
Brief:
• Write and implement budgeting tool and budgeting process.
• Write and build interim proof of concept FP&A solution.
• Migrate legacy Financial Statement of Operation (FSOP) reporting process (FICO to Excel via VB) to SAP BW 3.5
• Consolidate, validate and upload Western Europe financial data to BW and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), validate BW HFM and Financial Statement of Operation (FSOP) reporting.
• Perform FP&A SAP Finance and Controlling function.
